WARRANTY

Limited Warranty of Precise LED Products

PreciseLED warrants all its products against defects. The warranty period is stated in the appropriate product specification sheet.

What Does This Warranty Cover?

PreciseLED’s warranty covers the product and/or accessories that are malfunctioning due to defect.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

This warranty does not cover products beyond the warranty period. We do not cover products damaged in transit.

What is the Period of Coverage?

The period of coverage is specified in the product specification sheet at the time of purchase. The period of coverage begins from the date you take delivery of our product, not from the date of installation.

What Will We Do to Correct Problems?

We will repair, replace or provide a cash refund in case of a manufacturers defect. As lighting technology is rapidly evolving, your particular product may not be available in case there is an issue. We will do our best to replace it with something comparable. In some cases, when several units are malfunctioning, PreciseLED will, at our sole discretion, send down an engineer to test and analyze the products on-site to determine the cause of malfunction or failure.

What Will We Not Do?

We will not be responsible for construction costs associated with replacing or repairing one of our products. We also cannot come down to every site, especially in a case where there are just a few malfunction units.

What Must You Do to Keep the Warranty in Effect?

To keep the warranty in effect, you must:

1) Use our own accessories along with our products. Using other brands as complimentary products will void your warranty. Please understand that using other brands can cause our products to malfunction.

2) Install the product for its intended usage. Products installed not in its intended manner will void the warranty.

3) The product must be installed by a certified and qualified electrician. Installations performed by unqualified personnel will void the warranty.
